Research, shop, price, and order parts, keep track of stock items; oils, fluids, and stocked parts, organize parts inventory on in-house database, Return parts/cores.
SERVICE WRITING/CUSTOMER SERVICE:
We strive for a "no pressure, personal touch" atmosphere for our customers. You should be able to easily communicate with customers both on a personal level as well as intelligently conveying mechanical aspects of necessary services and repairs, invoice writing, assist with estimates, daily work schedule.
Including but not limited to: Correspondence and data transfer with our Social Media Manager; we use FB, Instagram, and Twitter, Project/Sales specials, assist with phones, open and close shop.
Proven customer service record, sales, tech savvy, shipping, good communication skills, mechanical and/or automotive aptitude, ability to prioritize. Porsche experience preferred, but not mandatory. Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle. Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
Effective communication with customers and staff is essential. A "take charge" and self-driven attitude. Personal appearance, work casual attire is important since you will be communicating with customers in person as well.
8:00 - 6:00 pm, with one hour for lunch 1-2, M-F
